We are so proud to announce that our Scientific Advisor Sandra Cassotta will serve as Lead Author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) for Polar Regions – IPCC Special Report on the Ocean and Cryoshpere in a Changing Climate! Reserachers from all over the world will take part in the work with the special report, which is one of three reports, where this one will focus on the interactions between climate, ocean and the cryosphere – in which Cassotta will be lead author on the third chapter about the Polar regions. She was chosen because of her interdisciplinary reserach in complex regulatory systems with a special focus on the Arctic.
The report is expected finished by the end of 2019.
